Total Saddle’s Western Saddles Can Dump You Off Your Mount

The Total Saddle Fit Shoulder Relief Saddle Cinches come apart while you ride allowing your saddle to slide off your horse. The affected cinches are sold in black and brown leather, measure between 24 and 36 inches, and feature a round buckle without a center elastic. Only the cinches sold before August 2021 are affected.

About 10,000 of these defective cinches were sold nationwide online at TotalSaddleFit.com and at retail locations such as Hitching Post Tack Shop, Tack & Western Wear, and Saddlery Direct from August 2015 through August 2021.
